Your appointments are very important to us. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary: therefore, we respectfully request at least a 48 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Please be aware that cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 48 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount, before fulfilling your next appointment. In the case of a no-show, 100% of the reserved service amount will be charged, before fulfilling your next appointment.
